Donald Blount

President / Chief Executive Officer

Donald, President / Chief Executive Officer of Good Deeds International (GDI), LLC, was born and raised in Northern New Jersey. After finishing school in 1979, he enlisted in the U.S. Army as a Medical Specialist (Combat Medic) and received an Honorable Discharge in 1982. While in the military, he proudly became the father of two wonderful girls, Kia and Laury. He is also a grandfather of a beautiful granddaughter Nakia.

Cheryl Powe

Executive Director

Cheryl, Executive Director of Good Deeds International (GDI), LLC, says – "Best of both worlds" in her eyes--she grew up in Chicago, Illinois, which will always be “Home,” but she now resides in Atlanta, Georgia, which is “Home” too. She brings a wealth of experience and expertise to GDI. A renowned figurehead in the steppin' community for over 10 years, "Sugarfoot" has earned her rights in the industry.

Theresa R. Bailey

Chief Financial Officer

Theresa Bailey, Chief Financial Officer of Good Deeds International (GDI), LLC, was born in Hampton, Virginia, and currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia. She received her B.S. in Psychology and is currently pursuing a Masters in Leadership. She then worked in the private industry for a major soft drink company where she served as a Senior Accountant for 10 years. Theresa left the soft drink company to pursue a career as Finance Manager for an Orthopedics/Spine company in Atlanta, Georgia.

Devan Powe

Devan, a devoted husband (Cheryl “Sugar Foot” Powe) and father of three beautiful girls (Maya, Skylar, and Devanni), was born and raised in Chicago. He moved to Atlanta after meeting his lovely wife Cheryl at her birthday party in Chicago. Knowing this was the one and after pursuing her, they were married in 2003. He graduated from St. Rita High School and later received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from The University of Alabama.

Arthur T. Allen "ART"

Sergeant of Arms

Arthur T. Allen, Sergeant of the Arms of Good Deeds International (GDI), LLC, was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, and currently lives in Atlanta, Georgia. He is a professional photographer who runs his own photography business and also works freelance. Art also is a truck driver. When he is not on the road, he photographsweddings, events, and portraits.

Cora Stovall O'Kelley

Vice President / Chief Operating Officer

Cora, Vice President / Chief Operating Officer of Good Deeds International (GDI), LLC, is a native Georgian and has been in Atlanta since 1965. She is a business woman with 31 years of progressive management experience with AT&T. Educated in the Atlanta Public School Systems, she received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Georgia State University and holds a Master of Business Administration from Kennesaw State University.

Melanie Fields

Corporate Secretary

Melanie (“Foxfire” ) - Corporate Secretary for Good Deeds International (GDI), LLC, has been a member of the Atlanta and national steppers’ community for 5 years. Happily married to her best friend, Mr. Craig Fields, she and her husband enjoy movies, music, cars, reality TV and of course a passion for steppin’! Melanie calls Northern California’s Bay Area (San Francisco, Oakland and Berkeley) her home,

Kimberly Davis

Treasurer

Kim, Treasurer, Good Deeds International (GDI), LLC, (named for her patience, but don’t cross her) originally from Harvey, Illinois, is a graduate of Thornton Township High School and later obtained her cosmetology license. Kim was influenced by music from the “Chicago Sounds” listening to WVON and records that her family played. Kim also had strong ties with members of The Dells (Marvin and Pops), which helped shaped her “good taste” in music.

Kirk Wesley Pacley

Kirk was born March 25, 1966, in Atlanta, Georgia. He graduated from Alabama State University in 1990, and it is there at this Historically Black College University (HBCU) where Kirk learned the finer points of competition and winning at ALL cost that would later serve him well. After moving back to Atlanta, he decided to go back to school and in 1994; he completed his graduate studies in Fine Arts from Georgia State University.
